Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund for items that meet the following conditions:

Items that are worn, damaged, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To start a refund request please contact our customer support with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will respond with instructions for returning your item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service when sending items back.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color please contact us. We will help you find the best option based on availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or provide a full refund.
